I'm a product designer currently working at Rasa, where I design a conversational AI platform that helps enterprise teams build their AI assistants. Previously, I've worked with teams at Cooler Future, Mercedes-Benz.io, and Service Partner ONE.

I've been based in Berlin since 2014, after moving from New York, where I studied Graphic Design at Marymount Manhattan College.

My passion lies in UX research—digging deep to understand users' needs and pain points—and collaborating closely with teams to explore ideas and shape solutions. That said, I also love the quiet, focused moments of crafting designs and prototypes. While I strongly advocate for thorough discovery work, I’m flexible with process and adapt to the needs of each project. I believe my role as a designer doesn’t end at handoff—I value close collaboration with engineers, staying flexible to adapt designs during implementation when needed, and ensuring everything works as intended through thorough testing.

Outside of work, I'm a big food lover and used to enjoy trying new restaurants around the city—until I had my first son two years ago. These days, most of my free time is spent playing with him (which I absolutely love) and revisiting the classic cartoons I grew up with.
